Returns & Refunds

Our Commitment

InVine Botanicals wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every jar is handcrafted with care, and we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. After this window, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original, undamaged packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, have been opened beyond inspection, or are not in original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom Made-to-Order Balms — due to the personalized, single-batch nature of each jar
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at contact@invinebotanicals.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions, including the return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@invinebotanicals.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item and outer packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. No return shipping required for damaged or defective items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item (subject to the return conditions above) and place a new order separately.
