Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All InVine Botanicals products are handcrafted in small batches in our Tallahassee, Florida studio. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and packaged before shipment.

Custom Made-to-Order Balm orders may require additional preparation time of 5–7 business days due to the bespoke nature of each jar. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping Methods

We ship to all 50 US states via FedEx. Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

  • Economy U.S.: 2–5 business days
  • FedEx Express Saver: 1–3 business days
  • Ground (Hawaii, Alaska & US Territories): 2–7 business days
  • Two-Day Air: 2 business days
  • Overnight: Next business day

Some restrictions may apply. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather events outside our control. Shipping rates are subject to change.

If an order is placed on hold for any reason, you will be notified within 24 hours. Orders will remain on hold until confirmation of all pending details is received. This shipping policy does not apply to international orders or orders paid by check or eCheck.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 for orders under $99.00
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $99.00 or more
  • Canada: $9.95 flat rate

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged product along with the inside and outside of the packaging, then contact us within 30 days of the order date.

If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date listed in your tracking information.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing a standard order (or 7 business days for a custom order), please contact us at contact@invinebotanicals.com.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We do not offer shipping to other international destinations at this time — we hope to expand soon!

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by Canadian customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. InVine Botanicals has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Shipping Restrictions

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. No additional restrictions apply.
