All InVine Botanicals products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of the nature of natural botanical ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or scent between batches are normal and expected — they are a sign of authenticity, not a defect.

Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images on our website are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update product information at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors, and we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We ship within the United States. Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Custom Made-to-Order Balms are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
